It's called a sense of humor, something which is alive and well here in Australia, might be too PC though in the States now days. The commentators are the ones saying the guys who false started should have their chance to swim anyways, and they are a PARODY not a live broadcast. of the Olympics. They're a comedy duo that are on late at night well after the games.
