in the 60's we lived in plywood quonset huts covered with canvas with no insulation, no running water and damn little heat. During a storm like this it felt like we would be blown across the Ross ice shelf. Snow would be blown through every pinhole and crack in the walls and shoveled out after the storm. Still, I think I would rather live in those conditions than the way it is now. We had more of an adventure in those "primitive days". Thanks for posting this clip. Regards - Walt "OAE"

Primarily from waste heat collected from the diesel generators at the power plant. Also direct diesel powered boilers.
